EQUIPMENT -
HCM has worked extensively with mobile plant such as forklifts, cranes, earth movers, dump trucks, face shovels, dozers, loaders, diggers, etc. We also undertake considerable work with static plant such as machine tools, injection moulding machines, hydraulic presses, etc, etc. We have worked in specialist areas from steering gear for ocean-going yachts to work for the Royal family in the Sultanate of Oman.
MANUFACTURING -
HCM can design and manufacture hydraulic cylinders in-house. We have all the necessary expertise and workshop facilities using the latest technologies to give you the best product at the most competitive price. We manufacture cylinders to a wide range of specifications in bore and rod sizes and mounting arrangements.
REFURBISHMENT -
HCM specialises in the refurbishment of hydraulic cylinders. We completely strip all units and check each part. We produce an inspection report and quotation for work to be done. We re-use parts only where possible, otherwise we replace to original specification standards.
ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT -
As well as hydraulic cylinders, HCM can manufacture and refurbish other hydraulic equipment such as die-polishing machines, piston pumps and motors, transmissions, valves, etc, etc. Indeed, so extensive is our knowledge of the hydraulic business that we are able to put together whole hydraulic systems to suit customer requirements.
